The initial 20-minute consultation is free. Individual 50-minute sessions and online are £60 and couples therapy sessions are £100 for 60 minutes.
It varies for each person. Some people see improvements after a few sessions, while others benefit from ongoing support over several months. We’ll review your progress regularly.
Payment can be made by bank transfer or card. Payment is required before each session, or upfront if booking a block of sessions.
