I began my career in community mental health, supporting people from diverse backgrounds with a range of emotional and psychological needs. I quickly realised that a one-size-fits-all approach often left clients feeling unheard, which led me to train in integrative therapy — a flexible, client-focused method that combines person-centred therapy, CBT, and mindfulness.
Over the years, I’ve worked with clients facing anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, grief, and relationship challenges. My aim is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore what’s on your mind at your own pace.
Beyond the therapy room, I’m passionate about self-care, mindfulness, and the connection between mental and physical wellbeing. I believe that small, consistent practices can make a meaningful difference to how we feel and live day to day. I also continue professional training to stay current with the latest research and refine my skills, ensuring that the support I offer is both informed and relevant.
Whether you need short-term support through a difficult moment or longer-term guidance for personal growth, I’m here to walk alongside you, offering a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore, reflect and grow at your own pace.
